  깔끔한 숙소, 1박만 해서 조식이나 기타 부대시설은 이용하지 않았지만 로마 숙박 중 제일 넓음. 뷰는 아쉽고 각종 어메니티는 꿀향. 아쉬운 점은 이탈리아 여행 중 와이파이가 가장 느리고 잘 끊김 와이파이는 없다고 생각하는 게 맘 편할 숙소

  객실이 매우 깨끗하고 방크기도 캐리어 두개 있음에도 큼직해서 좋았습니다. 다만, 욕실 사용시 제가 설정해놓은 온도로 계속 나오는게 아니라 뜨거운물 나오다 미친듯이 차가운 물 나오다 계속 1분단위로 반복이라 샤워할때 너무 불편했어요. 그리고 싱글베드2개로 예약했는데 더블베드1개로 배정되었고, 변경은 되지 않않습니다.

  객실 깨끗합니다 하지만 친절하진 않습니다^^ 원래 유럽은 친절을 바라면 안된다고 하더라구요...? 그래도 호텔에서도 그럴줄은 몰랐어요 프론트에 손님이 아무도 없어서 문의하려고 하면 기다리라고 합니다 그분들이 한가해질때까지 기다려야해요 얼리체크인 레이트 체크아웃 안됩니다 참고하세요 조식 신청했는데 먹을게 없어요 크로아상, 커피만 먹엇어요 메뉴도 많지 않아요 ... 약간 아깝더라구요 객실 청소는 잘해주고 깨끗합니다

  절대 가지 마세요 최악임 일단 냉장고에 누가 먹다 남은 탄산수 있었고 와이파이랑 인터넷 다 안터져서 프런트 갔는데 내일 오면 바꿔주겠다고 해서 다음 날에 일찍 나갔어서 저녁쯤 가서 한번 물어봤는데 프런트에 있던 여자가 내가 너네한테 아침에 오라고 했지않냐 하면서 적반하장으로 비꼬는 표정으로 자기가 짜증냄 그리고 저희 앞에서 남자 직원이랑 쑥덕거리던데요? 다음 날에 그 남자 직원 만났는데 저희한테만 인사도 안하고 걍 싸가지가 없어요 직원들이 좋게 말할 수 있었던거 아닌가 싶고 왜 동양인이랑 한국인들이 이 호텔에 그렇게 많은지…
