구로디지털단지역과 가까워서 인근에 먹거리, 볼거리가 많아 좋습니다. 주변이 빌딩들이라 층고 높은곳이 좋을듯하구요.. 내부 어메니티라든지 룸 컨디션은 적당한것 같습니다. 마이리얼트립덕에 좋은 숙박하고 왔습니다. 감사합니다

룸컨디션이 좋았고 스탠다드 객실마다 욕조가 있어서 너무 좋았어요 욕조가 한명이 눕기에 너무 좋은 사이즈였고 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다! 조식도 가짓수가 좀 부족했지만 계란요리가 맛있었습니다

비슷한 서울 여러 호텔들을 가보았지만, 그 중에서 서비스로는 단연코 롯데시티호텔 구로가 최고인 것 같습니다. 융숭하게 대접해주신 체크인직원분부터 아침에 문을 열어주시며 따뜻한 말 한마디를 건네주신 직원분 그리고 지나칠때마다 미소 지으시며 인사를 건네신 청소직원분까지 다른 여느 호텔들보다 호스피탈리티를 느껴서 기분이 좋았습니다.
