  룸이 크고 쾌적합니다.2년전 오픈초기때 와봤을때보다는 조금 낡은데가 있지만 이용에 문제는없습니다. 자쿠지는 40도정도라 뜨끗하고 실내수영장도 아이들놀기 좋습니다. 키즈클럽도 커서 좋네요. 조식은 탑급 호텔과 비교해도 손색이 없네요.

  직원들의 서비스나 친절도는 정말 만족스러웠으나 팀버스위트 키즈룸의 아쉬움을 몇가지 남겨봅니다. 우선 키즈룸임에도 키즈를 위한 실질적인 물품(아기침대, 침구 등)이 없어서 아쉬웠고 저희는 아기를 데려간터라 아기 물을 끓이려고 커피포트를 세척하려하는데 안에서 머리카락(짧은것)이 나와 조금 불쾌했습니다. 아기와 머무는 방임에도 위생적으로 아쉬운점이 여럿있어(청소상태,먼지 등등) 만족도가 조금 떨어졌던것 같아요. 서울 내 호텔 중 아기와 머무는 룸에는 아기침대, 소독기, 분유포트 등 제공되는 곳이 있어 추후 제공해주신다면 더욱 만족도…
