Bus stops and a subway station aren't far either, so getting around without a car is easy, and some guests liked the skyline that the buildings across the way make in the evening.

옆방 얘기 소리가 너무 적나라하게 들려서 당황했네요... 진짜 잠한숨도 못잤고요 샤워기 수압이 넘 약했구요 온수 냉수 온도 차가 너무 심해서 중간맞춰서 쓰기가 불편했습니다 그래도 응대해주시는 직원분이 정말 친절해서 기분좋았네요

요즘 깔끔한 신축호텔들이 즐비한데 켄싱턴호텔은 클래식한 느낌에 관리가 잘 된 호텔입니다. 여기서 서비스가 조금만 떨어져도 호텔 이미지가 확 떨어질텐데 직원분들 모두가 서비스마인드가 기본적으로 잘되있었습니다. 5성급시설은 아니지만 직원분들 마인드는 5성급이라고 말하고싶네요. 불편한점 역시 바로 시정해주시고 조식이나 해피아워역시 많은음식종류는 아니나 음식수준이 꽤나 괜찮았구요. 가지수를 채우기보다 맛에 집중했습니다. 즐거운 호캉스보내고왔습니다.

여의도 한강공원이랑 더현대 가까운게 가장 큰 장점이어서 숙박했습니다! 근데 아쉬운게 조금 많아요. 직원 응대들은 다 친절하시고 좋았습니다! 조식 이틀치는 추가결제했는데, 처음 결제해주신 직원분이 실수하셔서 나중에 호실로 프론트에서 정정해주시고 재결제처리 해주셨습니다! 1. 조식 시간 좀 늦게가면 웨이팅(조식 브로드웨이 식당 기준이고, 케바케겠지만 20~25분정도 했던것 같습니다.)+음식가짓수 많진 않음 2.콘센트가 안되는곳이 있음. 제가 묵었던 호실은 콘센트가 총 4개 정도 있었는데 1~2개가 안돼서 이부분은 정말 아쉬웠습니다.…
