속초해변(속초아이대관람차)까지 거리가 매우 가까워 걸어서 가도 되는 위치입니다. 바로 옆 이마트가 있어서 더욱 좋았고요. 룸 컨디션 최상이었구요 아쉽다면 전기차 충전기가 없다는거 하나... 하지만 주변 관광지 주차장에 충전기는 엄청 많아서 불편함은 없었습니다

성인 2 만5세 1로 예약하고 현장 갔더니 추가 금액 요구하시더라구요. 예약할때 제가 보지 못한것인지 추가금액에 대한 내용을 인지하지 못해 체크인시 당황스러웠습니다. 숙소는 깨끗해서 좋았지만 엘레베이터 대기가 매번 길었는데 24층 배정 받아서 숙소를 왔다갔다 하기 불편했어요 건물 주차장도 매우 비좁았기 때문에 한번만 대고 나머지는 외부에 주차했는데 날씨가 더워서 실내 주차가 아쉬웠었습니다. 해변과는 도보 10분 정도였는데 해변을 메인으로 여행할 분들에게는 이 거리가 좀 불편할 수도 있을 것 같아요.

속초해변/청초호/속초아이/관광버스터미널 다있어서 좋아요!! 다 도보 5분이내에 있고 새로 오픈해서 청결 너무너무 굿입니다! 아쉬운점은 1층 로비화장실안에서 담배냄새가 많이났어요! 지인들에게 추천 할 수 있는 숙소인거같습니다~ 좋은추억 만들고 갑니다!
