Its banquet hall, equipped with the latest equipment, has hosted various events and academic seminars. Several events were also held here during the Suncheon Bay International Garden Expo.
It was originally a place where you could look out over the city and swim only during summer, but it is currently closed while interior repairs are underway.
The sauna is available too, but it is currently closed along with the rest of the facility for interior repairs, so it is best to check before using it.

순천에 묵을 곳이 많이 없는데, 최고의 선택이었습니다. 부모님과 함께 패밀리룸 이용했습니다. 방이 쾌적하고 넓어요. 통창이 있어서 야경도 꽤나 멋지더라구요. 프론트 직원도 친절하고, 주차공간도 여유있어서 좋았습니다. 만족스러운 선택이었네요.
