  • 울산 시민 이지만 가끔 호캉스 하러 옵니다. 레이트 체크아웃 옵션은 진정 호캉스를 즐길 수 있죠! 에어컨이 설정을 해도 25도 밑으로 안 떨어져서 처음엔 조금 답답했어요. 테이블 모서리 등 세월의 흔적을 발견할 수 있지만 청결부분은 괜찮습니다. 사우나는 작지만 있을 건 다 있고 물이 깨끗해서 아침에 피로풀기 좋아요. 늘 느끼지만 롯데호텔은 직원분들이 늘 친절합니다!

  • 5성급 호텔이라기엔 샤워부스 바닥 타일듀 깨져있규 그래서 별하나 뺐습니다. 침대는 완전 편하거 관람차뷰도 이뻐요! 수영장이랑 사우나 이용했는데 수영장은 물이 너무 따뜻했어요. 사람도 옶오소 전세내고 씀. 직원들도 친절하시고 위치도 시내한가운데 있어서 다니기 편했어요
