오랜만에 고향을 방문해서 부모님과 함께 2박3일 숙박을 하였습니다. 어른들을 모시고 있다보니 여러모로 신경이 쓰였는데, 직원분들의 친절한 대응과 룸컨디션이 좋았고 조식도 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다. 신라스테이를 비지니스호텔로만 생각을 했는데, 가성비 있는 가족여행숙소로도 이용할 수 있을 것 같습니다. (첫날 저희 가족에서 친절히 응대해주신 이도연님께 감사드립니다)

호텔의 주차시설 이외에는 만족하는 편입니다. 대로변에 있어서 찾아가기는 쉬우나 도로 소음이 많은 편이라 고층 요청을 했으나 프런트에서 아무런 말없이 6층으로 배정되어 밤에 편안한 밤을 지내기가 어렵웠네요. 저층은 피하시는게 좋을것 같습니다. 숙소내 시설들은 크게 불편함은 없습니다. 필요한 것을 다 있는데 사용하면 비용 지불을 해야 하는것으로 나오네요. 2층 식당은 오래되었지만 깔금했고 많은 분들이 이벤트로 찾는데 서비스는 너무 느리고 맥주는 그냥 물 같네요. 식사 대용 정도로 보시고 찾으시는게 좋을것 같네요.

오래된 쾌쾌한 냄새가 많이나고 주차비가있는 이상한 호텔이구요. 욕실 곰팜이는 기본이고 낡은거 수리를 하던지 하면되는 데.... 어떤 사람이 춥다고 히터켜서 사우나에 있는 줄 알았어요. 항의했더니 창문열면된다고. 이해하기 어려운 대응을 하더군요. 다시는 가지 않을 거같아요

너무너무 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 객실도 정말 깨끗하고, 넓고, 침대도 폭신하고, 에어컨 온도도 딱 좋아서 편하게 숙면취하고 왔습니다. 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하십니다. 체크아웃하면서 치약칫솔 유상결제하려고 했는데 무상으로 제공해주셨습니다^^ 감사합니다. 주차시설도 넉넉해서 정말 편하게 묵었네요. 다음에도 또 올게요^^

가성비 좋고 친절합니다. 지하주차장이 부족해서 미리미리가서 체크인하고 주차권을 확보해야 하는 점은 단점. 그래도 시내도 가깝고 인근 맛집이 많아 이용이 수월합니다. 다른 신라스테이에 비교해 아침조식뷔페가 훌륭합니다.
