정부 숙박대전 할인쿠폰으로 방 랜덤 배정 상품을 예약했습니다. 숙소에 손님이 거의 없길래 뷰가 좋은 방으로 바꿔주실 수 있는지 여쭤봤는데, 추가 요금을 내야 한다고 하더라구요. 여기까진 괜찮았습니다. 그런데 손님이 없으니 그냥 바꿔주실 수는 없는지 물으니, 여자 직원이 “싼 가격에 예약했으면서 양심도 없냐”며 굉장히 무례하게 말했습니다. 심지어 옆 숙소는 왜 할인 정책 안 하는지 아냐며, 남는 게 없어서 그렇다고 가르치듯이 이야기했습니다. 요금 정책은 숙소의 권한이지만, 손님에게 예의를 지키는 것은 기본이라고 생각합니다. 안…
