이순신 광장 먹거리와 가까워서 맛집 다니기에 불편함없습니다. 뷰가 좋고 룸 청결상태와 침구가 좋습니다. 다만 무인 비다면 체크인아웃서비스 중이라 어르신들이나 외국인은 불편할수있고, 방음이 취약합니다. 옆 방 문닫는 소리나 손님 말소리가 다 들리는 게 단점입니다. 주변에 높은 건물이 없어 높은 층수면 뷰는 매우 좋으나 햇빛이 뜨거워 그런지 오후에는 실내가 너무 덥습니다. 에어컨을 제일 낮은 온도로 맞춰도 바람이 시원하지 않았으며, 밤에는 에어컨보다 창문을 여는 것이 훨씬 시원할 정도였습니다. 레이트 체크아웃보다 추가 연박을 신청해서…

가성비 짱! 깨끗하게 관리도 잘됨 조식도 좋았고 직원들도 친절함 이순신 광정 근처라 어디든 이동하기 편했고 주변에 맛집도 많음 여수 처음 와서 숙소 걱정했는데 만족합니다 강추!

1.바닥이 조금 더러운편이 였습니다 슬리퍼를 주셔서 그나마다행 2.화장실 환기구를 통해 담배냄새가 계속 방에 퍼지고 샤워하는도중에도..걸려있는 수건에도 담배냄새가 기절각입니다 3.샤워기 위치가 화장실 문방향이고 헤드가 오른쪽으로 돌면 변기와 쓰레기통으로 향해요 변기가 죄다 젖습니다 4.바닥난방은 제로였고 히터로 유지되는데 밤엔 히터 때문에 건조해서 물먹느라 일어나고 기침하다 일어나서 끄고 잤어요 5.윗방 소음인지..드르륵드르륵 소음이 상습적으로 나고 아침에 씻을때는 위층 화장실에서 구토하는 소리가 옆에서 구토하는것처럼 생방송됩니다…

주차가 가장 별로입니다. 에어컨을 틀어도 침구류가 많이 눅눅해요. 눅진함이 별로라면 긴팔 긴바지 추천합니다. 룸 컨디션이나 건물 실내는 전체적으로 깔끔하고 좋네요 이순신광장 까지 걸어서 5-10분 여수 해상케이블까지 차로 10분 관광 접근성은 아주 훌륭합니다 가성비로만 따진다면 좋아요.
