📍 부여읍 쌍북리, Buyeo

Busosanseong Fortress and Nakhwaam Rock photo

Busosanseong Fortress is a mountain fortress surrounding Busosan Mountain (96.4m above sea level), Baekje's guardian mountain, and is thought to have been built to protect the royal palace during the Sabi period. Baekje-related sites such as Nakhwaam Rock, Goransa Temple, and Sajaru Pavilion are scattered across the mountain.

From Nakhwaam Rock, where court ladies are said to have thrown themselves when Baekje fell, the Baengmagang River opens wide below. A route continues down through the forest to Goransa Temple, and this area is part of the UNESCO-designated Baekje Historic Areas.
