Chuncheon Mullle-gil Uiamho Canoe
📍 서면, Chuncheon
This is a canoeing program on Uiamho Lake. Before departure, an instructor teaches you how to paddle and the safety rules, and the canoes travel the course together in groups while everyone wears a life jacket, so first-timers can keep up.
Courses vary by destination, from a short one-hour route to a two-hour route that makes a wide loop around Jungdo. Since the lake has almost no current, you don't have to paddle hard, and because your eye level is close to the water, photos come out well.
In the early morning, mist settles over the lake, and in summer evenings, separate sessions are timed to sunset. Many stretches give you Samaksan Mountain and the lake in the same view.

- Keep your phone in a neck-strap waterproof pouch so you don't drop it in the water.
- To see the mist over the water, book the first early-morning time slot in summer.
- Pair it with the Starbucks Uiamho branch right next door, and you can take a break without moving anywhere else.
