Nami Island Metasequoia Road
📍 가평읍 달전리, Gapyeong
Nami Island administratively belongs to Chuncheon, but to get there you need to take a boat from the pier on the Gapyeong side. Inside the island, a straight avenue of metasequoia trees makes for a pleasant walk or bike ride.
The island also has cultural facilities like a song museum and a picture-book playground, along with ways to get around such as bicycles and a shuttle train. It first became famous as a K-drama filming location, but today it has established itself as a cultural space hosting a variety of performances and exhibitions.
