하얏트는 갈때마다 만족합니다!! 중국인들이 호텔70%로 지만 객실 청결상태 음식은 다 좋아요!! 근데 이번엔 조금 실망스러운건. 클럽라운지 이용했는데 첫날 해피아워타임에 면해주시는 여자 분이 진짜 불친절하시고 인상쓰시고 기분 별로였어요!!

체크인 하시는 분들이 몰리는 시간이어서 그런지, 줄이 좀 길었고, 카톡으로 대기하는 부분이 기둥 뒷편에 숨어 있어 해맸으나, 체크인 처리해주는 창구(?)가 많아서 생각보단 빠른 처리가 되어 좋았습니다. 처리하는데 마이리얼트립에서 예약이 아닌 다른 업체를 통해 예약하셨냐고 하셔서, 처리중에 여기저기 확인 하느라 좀 당황하긴 했네요. 수영장 시설 이용같은건 좋았어요. (실내로 가는 엘리베이터 수리중인건 아쉬웠네요) 체크아웃 하고 나오는 길에 주차한 제 차에 누군가 오물(?)을 뿌려둔것도 좀 맘에 걸리지만, 잘 처리해 주셔서 좋았어요.

올해들어 두번째 방문이네요. 이번엔 29층 시티뷰 트윈룸에 숙박하였어요. 오션뷰는 멀리 보이는 바다+수영장 뷰이고요, 시티뷰는 한라산+시티뷰 입니다. 뷰는 둘다 오션뷰, 시티뷰 모두 각자의 매력이 있어요. 방이 넓어서 선호하는 호텔이고요. 조식은 그랜드키친 뷔페 이용하였어요. 빵 종류가 많아 빵 좋아하시는 분들에게 좋을 듯 합니다. 수영장은 실내 실외 모두 물 온도가 따뜻하여 추위 걱정 없이 놀기 좋습니다. 특히 41도 자쿠지가 좋았네요. 실외수영장은 밤이 더 이쁘다는 평이 많아서인지 낮 보다 사람이 많아요. 수영을 즐기시는 분은…

방이 엄청 크고 시설이 좋습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 나누어져있어서 좋았습니다. 방 컨디션도 좋고 안내도 잘 되어있고 스낵바도 다양하게 비치되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 불편했던 점은 사용하는 버튼이 모두 영어와 한자로 되어있어 쉽게 이해할 수 없었습니다.

4살 7살 아이와 첫 제주도 여행이었습니다. 객실관리도 잘해주셔서 4살 딸이 저렇게 편지를 써달라고했어요. 11층이었는데 한라산이 바로 보였습니다. 뷰도 너무 좋았습니다. 가격이 조금 쎄지만 다음에 또오고 싶을 정도로 만족이었습니다.

왜 호텔호텔 하나 느꼇구요 지어진지얼마안되서 너무 깨끗하고 깔끔하고 직원들도 다 친절하고 무엇보다 뷰가 좋아써요 하지만 저녁되면 다른타워가 다 보여서 블라인드 치고잤어요 ㅋㅋ 신행이여서 연박햇는데 녹나무나 그랜드키친 조식도 너무 맛있었구오 다들친절하셨어요
