☕ Café

Teumari (Seosunra-gil)

📍 서순라길, Seoul

Teumari (Seosunra-gil) photo

This is a hanok cafe on Seosunra-gil, the street running along the western stone wall of Jongmyo Shrine. The narrow lane is lined with workshops and small shops, making it known as a place to stop while walking beside Jongmyo's wall.

Its biggest feature is the rooftop. Go upstairs and you can look down over tiled roofs and the stone wall path, making it one of the few places in the middle of the city where you can view a palace wall from above.

The menu pairs coffee and non-coffee drinks with cake, and beer is served in the evening. After dark, lights come on along the stone wall and the mood changes from daytime, so some guests visit later at night too.
