Haenyeo Hoetjip
📍 현남면 남애항, Yangyang
A raw-fish restaurant that has run for nearly 40 years off Namae Harbor, serving mainly wild-caught live-fish sashimi brought in fresh each day. It's considered a signature restaurant at Namae Harbor, also serving mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) and mussel soup.
Because they use ingredients brought straight from the harbor, the fish on offer shifts slightly with the season. It's been in the same spot long enough to be certified as a model restaurant. Among long-time regulars, it has long been known as a trusted go-to spot.
