Surfyy Beach
📍 현북면 하조대, Yangyang
Surfyy Beach is Korea's first surf-only beach, built on the northern stretch of Hajodae Beach. It has a surf school offering tailored lessons split between beginners and intermediate-to-advanced surfers, and besides surfing, you can also try surf yoga or snorkeling.
Amenities like the beanbag zone and hammock zone require a separate Surfyy Pass to use. Around sunset, the pub sometimes hosts beach parties for an exotic atmosphere, and the beach was also selected as a 2020 Korea Tourism Star.
