This is a large three-story cafe on Cheonghohaean-gil by Sokcho Beach. The building is finished in black tones and lined with wide picture windows, so the sea fills the view from your seat.
Each floor has a different seating layout, with plenty of choices from window seats to inner tables. It's big enough that even groups usually have an easier time finding seats, and desserts are sold alongside the drinks.
It's attached to Sokcho Beach, so many guests stop in after walking along the shore. There is a dedicated parking lot about a 3-minute walk behind the cafe, which makes visiting by car relatively easy.
